For Our Out-of-Town Guests

Hotels & Travel

We welcome patients from around the world. Let us help make your journey to Beverly Hills or Santa Barbara seamless and comfortable.

Your Journey to Beauty

Traveling for surgery requires careful planning, but it shouldn’t be stressful. Whether you are visiting our flagship in Beverly Hills or our coastal retreat in Santa Barbara, we are here to assist with logistics.

Virtual Consultation First

We recommend starting with a virtual consultation. This allows Dr. Neavin to determine your candidacy and provide a surgical plan before you book any travel.

Travel Concept

Getting Here

Airports

  • LAX (Los Angeles Intl): 30-45 mins to Beverly Hills. The primary hub for international flights.
  • BUR (Hollywood Burbank): 30-40 mins to Beverly Hills. Smaller, easier to navigate for domestic flights.
  • SBA (Santa Barbara): 15 mins to our Santa Barbara office. Convenient for coastal visits.

Transportation

We recommend arranging private transportation post-surgery, as you cannot drive yourself. Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are plentiful, or we can recommend private car services.

Note: You must have a responsible adult stay with you for the first 24 hours after surgery.

Minimum Stay

We generally recommend staying in town for at least 5-7 days after surgery. This allows Dr. Neavin to perform your first post-operative check, remove any sutures if necessary, and ensure you are healing correctly before flying.

Flying Home

Long flights increase the risk of blood clots. We will provide specific instructions for your return travel, such as wearing compression socks and walking the aisle periodically.

What to Pack

  • Button-down shirts or zip-up hoodies (easy to put on)
  • Slip-on shoes
  • Neck pillow for resting upright
  • Entertainment (books, tablet) for recovery downtime
  • Any regular medications you take
