Dr. Tim Neavin
Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon
From the beginning of his medical career, Dr. Tim Neavin has been interested in how art and anatomy come together to shape confidence and self image. Today, as the founder of Artisan of Beauty in Beverly Hills and Santa Barbara, he focuses on natural looking outcomes, honest communication, and safe, well planned surgery.
“I can attribute my success to a few simple principles. Maintain an artistic eye in every case. Always strive for precision. Be honest and safe in every decision. Keep your word. When those points guide surgery, the results can change how people feel about themselves, not only in the mirror but in daily life.”
– Tim Neavin, MD, FACS

Patients often describe Dr. Neavin as direct, thoughtful and easy to speak with. He sees the consultation as a two way conversation where expectations, anatomy and safety are all discussed clearly. He is comfortable advising against surgery when a procedure does not match a person’s goals or when it might not be in their best interest.
Long term relationships with patients are built on trust, realistic planning and careful follow up. Many of his patients return over time as their aesthetic needs change, which he views as a sign of both trust and shared decision making.
