Bilateral otoplasty incision under local anesthesia. Pre operative photos demonstrate enlarged concha, poorly developed antihelical fold, and protruding earlobes. Surgery was performed with an incision behind the ear. The concha was reduced and the antihelical fold was tightened. Using the Gosain technique, the earlobes were pinned back as well.

       Dr. Neavin was the best decision I ever made for my breast augmentation! I receive so many compliments, and people are shocked when I tell them they’re implants! I went from an A to DD.

     I made a liposuction consultation with Dr. Neavin based on a recommendation from a friend, and I was not disappointed! Dr. Neavin and his practice manager Michelle are kind, caring, and professional. My initial consultation with Dr. Neavin was great, and I felt like he genuinely took the time to listen to my concerns and the results I wanted to achieve. He answered the questions I've had in detail and made suggestions that could enhance my results. After speaking with him, I felt so at ease that I decided to book my surgery within a couple of days of my consultation.
In the weeks before my surgery, his practice manager Michelle kept in touch with me and answered any questions I had about pre-op and post-op care. She even helped with aftercare accommodations by looking for nearby hotels to stay at and helping me book them. She did all this while having recently experienced a leg injury. She is a true rockstar!
On the day of the surgery, I was nervous and scared since it was my first surgery. However, Dr. Neavin and the clinical staff made me feel at ease. The day after the surgery, I had a post-op check-in. However, instead of going to Dr. Neavin's office, he did a house call to the hotel. I couldn't be more thankful because I was still a bit nauseous from the previous day's anesthesia.
It's been a month since my surgery, and even though I'm still a bit swollen and recovering, I'm loving my results and couldn't be happier with my decision. If you are considering any type of cosmetic procedure, I recommend Dr. Neavin. You will not be disappointed. He is kind, caring, and highly skillful.

     I had a breast augmentation about a year ago with Dr. Neavin. He was referred by one of my friends who was referred by one of her friends. I have seen several other plastic surgeons in town before I finally decided to choose Dr. Neavin. He was very down to earth, patiently went through all my options and gave me professional suggestions. The office staff was also fantastic and I felt really comfortable with no pressure at all. I am now so satisfied with my breasts. They definitely look and feel very natural which is exactly how I wanted them to be! I can’t say enough great things about my doctor and his staff and the super cool office. Thank you!!!

     Dr. Neavin is a master at his craft.  He is very patient and took his time to answer all of my (many) questions.  Each time I visit the office I feel like a priority, and I trust him completely.  His assistant, Michelle, also made me feel super comfortable and went out of her way to make herself available to answer (again, many) texts/ questions along the way.

     If you’rw looking for an honest plastic surgeon with an artistic eye, look no further! Dr. Neavin is a very skilled plastic surgeon. I have been going to him for years for fillers and Botox and he never tries to up-sell. My results always look natural!  Several of ny friends have gone to him for BBL and breast augmentation and look spactular! 5 stars!

     Truly a one of a kind experience from the moment you call to book your initial consultation with Michelle who couldn’t be any nicer, she listens to your concerns and books you an appointment that fits into your schedule, then, when you actually get to the office you’re dazzled by the sheer beauty of the office which appears like you’ve stepped into a museum or art gallery, truly so much beauty to take in on each wall. Michelle will greet you and check you in and as great as she is over the phone she is even better in person! Then after a short wait you hear the words…”the dr will see you now” you walk down a hallway with more cool art at every turn and once arriving at the examination room Dr Neavin walks in smiling with his clipboard. He listens to all of your concerns and provides his thoughts, educated opinions, and your options. You can tell within the first conversation that although he is nice and friendly he is also very educated and experienced and knows his craft very well! At that point you can book the procedure or not, nobody is pushy, they realize that nobody can decide what’s best for you cosmetically than you and they leave that decision in your hands. I personally decided to go through with multiple procedure by Dr Neavin and his work and bedside manner is impeccable, he gave me his personal cell phone number to call him at any time and even calls me to check and make sure I’m doing ok. Not to mention the results, I am all healed up and everything is looking better than expected or anticipated. I can’t say enough great things about Dr Neavin and Michelle, all I can say is that the only thing you’ll regret is waiting so long to call them!
